On March 16, 2017 the initial meeting took place in Maastricht of the Erasmus + project on the theme of reducing the number of early school leavers. The first group of 15 teachers and managers from the Euregion Meuse Rhine discussed the personal learning goals and expectations of the study in May to the partner in Valencia (Mislata). The organization and the planning of the project and the study visit lies in the hands of “Euregion-Berufsbildung e.V.” (EB e.V.), a European regional foundation to promote intensive cooperation in vocational education and training in the Euregion Meuse Rhine. As part of this project a study visit to Lahti in Finland will be organized by EB e.V. in the autumn.
